General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between the player using the kyatm15 platform ("you" / "user") and the organization providing kyatm15 services ("we" / "us").
By accessing the kyatm15 website, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms in this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.
1.1 Service Description
kyatm15 is a platform providing online gaming and betting services for Myanmar players. Services include — Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, 2D / 3D lottery, football betting, and Crash Games.
1.2 Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for checking whether kyatm15's services are permitted in their region or country before use. kyatm15 is not liable for any losses arising from use that does not comply with the laws of the user's local area.
Account Registration
2.1 Age Restriction
Only those aged 21+ may register and play on kyatm15. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. kyatm15 reserves the right to carry out age verification checks and to suspend any account it deems suspicious immediately.
2.2 One Person — One Account
Each user may open only one account on kyatm15. Opening more than one account (multi-accounting) is a violation of this agreement and may result in accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
The name, phone number, and payment details provided when registering must be accurate. kyatm15 is not liable for any delays or losses during withdrawal caused by incorrect information.
2.4 Account Security
Users are personally responsible for the security of their account and password. If you believe a third party has accessed your account, notify kyatm15's 24/7 Myanmar-language support team immediately.
Deposit / Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposits
kyatm15 accepts Myanmar Kyat deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Deposits must be made by following the instructions shown on the platform carefully.
- Deposits are verified and confirmed as quickly as possible.
- Deposits made using a payment method not in your own name are not permitted.
- If a deposit fails, please contact your bank or payment provider first to check.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 1 hour. If identity verification is required for a withdrawal, kyatm15 will notify you.
- Withdrawals are only permitted to your own payment method.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
- kyatm15 reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal request it considers suspicious.
Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
kyatm15 offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25x the bonus amount (bonus × 25). In this example, Wagering = 40,000 × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
High bonus example — deposit 220,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap applies), giving a balance of 420,000 Ks. Wagering = 200,000 × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.
4.2 General Bonus Rules
- The welcome bonus can be claimed once per account only.
- Bonus funds must be used in good faith and may not be shared between players.
- If you attempt to withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, kyatm15 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount from your balance.
- The wagering requirement, eligible games, and validity period for each promotion can be found in that promotion's description.
- kyatm15 may temporarily hold bonus withdrawals for accounts it believes are entitled to a bonus, pending its own verification.
4.3 VIP Program
kyatm15 has 4 VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Every level comes with a weekly cashback — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold, and up to 1.2% for Platinum. kyatm15 reviews all playing activity and upgrades your VIP level accordingly.
Game Rules
5.1 Fair Play
All games on kyatm15 run on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or verified Live Dealer connections, and no one can intercept or alter the outcome of any result in advance.
5.2 Bankroll Management
Players must manage their bankroll responsibly — do not place bets recklessly. Consider how much you can afford to lose before placing any bet, and keep your gameplay under control.
5.3 Game Technical Errors
If a game issue (network disconnection, server error) causes a loss, kyatm15 will investigate and resolve it. If the result is found to be unreliable, the game round may be voided or the bet amount refunded.
5.4 Game Records
All game logs are stored on kyatm15's servers and serve as the official recorded data for the final decision in any dispute resolution.
Prohibited Actions
If any of the following actions are committed by any means, kyatm15 may immediately close the account, withhold remaining balances, and pursue legal action—
- Opening more than one account (Multi-accounting)
- Playing in a pattern that clearly indicates bonus abuse
- Using bot or automation software on games
- Attempting to hack or exploit kyatm15 services
- Making financial chargebacks as a basis for gameplay
- Using a third party's funds while claiming them as your own investment
- Copying and redistributing the platform's domain name or design without permission
- Opening an account on behalf of anyone under 21 years of age
Personal Data Protection
kyatm15 protects all personal data provided by players using SSL encryption, and that data cannot be shared with third parties — except where strictly necessary for platform operations or legal matters.

Account Suspension
8.1 Conditions Under Which kyatm15 May Suspend an Account
- Accounts with clear evidence of violating the terms in this agreement
- Accounts involved in suspicious financial activity
- At the player's own request (self-exclusion)
- Violation of platform rules that go against its policies
8.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure
If you wish to close your account, contact our 24/7 support team to submit your request. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy.
Limitation of Liability
kyatm15 is not responsible for financial losses from gameplay, personal damages, or losses caused by third-party actions.
kyatm15 services are provided "as-is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted access, instant availability, or loss-free operation — this includes scheduled server maintenance, network issues, or unforeseen external disruptions.
kyatm15's total liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the 30-day period directly related to the dispute.
Changes to Terms
kyatm15 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Significant changes will be announced on the platform, and continued use after any change is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
